OnePlus Open Price : Oneplus foldable phone teased with like Oneplus fold

OnePlus and Oppo are about to introduce two new, actually identical smartphones with a large folding display: the OnePlus Open and Oppo N3 Fold. We already have marketing images of the OnePlus Open before the official presentation.

The OnePlus Open is the version intended for western markets of the technically and optically practically identical Oppo N3 Fold, which will be launched in China in the coming days. The two models are identical on the outside, which should also apply to the interior.

OnePlus Open will be launched nearly 10 years after the OnePlus brand was established. I know that Oppo and OnePlus joined to make this product (with the Oppo version being the Find N3, pictured below), but it looks like OnePlus’ ambition is starting to grow again.

OnePlus Open is even more advanced in display and camera capabilities compared to the OnePlus 11 (which was their previous flagship phone). It is also more advanced in several other areas. This makes me feel hopeful that the OnePlus 12 will surprise us and they will probably make it much more competitive in the ultra-premium market, just without the ultra-premium price.

OnePlus OxygenOS 14

OxygenOS 14 system fluency has improved a lot! OnePlus is trying to replicate iOS not just in looks but also in animation and smoothness. As this is a beta version, there are still some stutters but by the final release it should be on the same level as iOS or HarmonyOS

OnePlus is also launching its new foldable smartphone in Europe, although Germany is being left out because there is still an import ban imposed by the Finnish network supplier Nokia due to patent infringements.
